I would love to attend Reformer Pilates without paying extra fees!
I have only been a member for a month or so, but I’ve been going to the gym every weekday evening and two classes per week since starting, and I’m having a great experience so far. Staff members Sue, Zayd and David have been very friendly and helpful in getting me set up. Even though I’ve heard other staff members talking quite openly about their issues in the reception area, that’s fine as all workplaces can have personality clashes. In the gym upstairs can have the usual issues of a certain type of guy who just sits at the machine to go on his phone, but that’s to be expected in any gym! Otherwise I’m having a great time and look forward to a great year of membership.
Issues with the app. Sometimes clock in not registering, or cancellation not registering and/or not dissapearing from my screen, resulting in me being blocked and requiring assistance.
Excellent facilities, great staff and brilliant range of classes.

Staff are lovely, and really enjoying the gym and the classes too. However, with the bad weather the gym has been quite busy lately and its hard to get free equipment to use
Super selection of classes but there are too many in the Zumba and pilates classes for the space. Loving everything else and the club is always immaculately clean . Keep up the good work
Think it’s a pretty well run gym and highly recommend this gym. Just one think, loads of ladies lockers needs to locks fixed!
I really enjoy the club. If i had one bit of critical feedback it would be that when a machine is broken it seems to remain in that state for a long time

Replace black shower curtains in changing room. Sometimes very hard to get a locker!
It has excellent facilities and staff is 5 star as always.

I would love a paper printout of the classes because I find it easier to plan with that than looking at the app. Like the one that was available over Christmas. Is that possible?

I am a recent member of the Dartry gym. So far everything has been fine for me. In particular the staff are to be commended for their professionalism and friendliness.

Mabey its my imagination but the water in the pool seems to be very cold compared to a few months ago ?

Lockers are permanently occupied. Showers could do with a revamp, sauna door is falling out.
I wonder if there is anyway to "sample" another class. Going in to an existing class as a newbie where everyone else is proficient and you have no idea where to start can be a bit intimidating. I love my Aqua Aerobics but can't always make the time so another option at a different time would be useful.
Lobby Local authority for free parking or at least 2 hours free parking along side Dartry Park.
Great Reformer Pilayes classes. The instructors very clear and precise. Love the team.

Class instructors are all great BUT if you could remind them to begin the classes promptly in 2026, that would be great. I sometimes have to leave early, as the classes begin late and then run over.
I love Dartry, it is a brilliant club with phenomenal staff. Ian is incredible for yoga/ yogalates and Magda for Zumba. The only thing that bothers me is how limited pool is due to the swimming classes. I dont really use as a result anymore.

Just the pool schedule is not so clear. I mean, I never know when the pool is full with a class or it's free to swimming. Apart from that, everything is good. Thanks!
I dont need any support at this time. The health club is very friendly and approachable should I need any help.

I’m aware of the hours during which children are allowed in the pool but I’ve noticed a few times instances where this is disregarded.
Visible signage by the pool might help address this and help your staff avoid having to have what can be difficult conversations with the parents.
