Great gym

I'm loving the classes and the trainers I go too are fantastic. Really enjoying my weekly work outs and it's helping me with my confidence as I want to lose weight and tone up !

I think it is too hot in the ladies changing room, could it be reduced a little? Otherwise I love the gym

Great facilities at the club, staff could be a little friendlier with hello/goodbye etc. Main feedback is hygiene standards with other club goers has dropped where not wiping down machines after use. Maybe more signs to remind to wipe down stations would be beneficial for all.

Availability to answer questions, which you have been doing since day one do nothing to add, all great so far

Good experience all round. Last few times only 1 toilet in order - maybe that but it’s probably fixed by now

Classes are great- really enjoy the variety.
The app is a bit unpredictable and is troublesome for me from time to time.

The instructor in the aqua class should have a microphone clipped on to give out instructions to the class. It is impossible to hear the instructor as it stands. The instructor can’t be clearly heard which is not what they are paying for.

I think it is a great gym, good facilities and fab classes. Jodie did my induction and it was very hopeful and not intimidating. Sue onboarded us and she was very friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with Dartry so far!

I would highly recommend to a friend, the structure is really good and staff lovely. All the equipments are brand new and well maintained.

Great gym and facilities. Would be a 10 if there was an ice bath or plunge pool for muscle recovery.

Staff are amazing! One suggestion is to make the cards with exercises after initial assessment a little smaller, or foldable, to take around easily with you on the gym floor.

Club works very well, staff are very friendly. The only criticism I would have is that the tiles at the side of the pool are grubby

More guidance when you’re new with regards to getting set up for the class, cleaning down the machine after etc just to make sure you’re doing the right thing

Maybe add how to use the machines in your app and diet recommendations based in your goal, it’s been hard to find what I should be eating :)

You already do a great job. Great selection of classes and great instructors and other staff members. The club is always kept really clean and tidy.
