As having never done yoga before, these folks excel at teaching the basics in their C1 class. Facility is clean and the staff is very friendly.
Really liked the class! Instructor was awesome too! only thing was the music is a little loud. wasn't the end of the world and i know some people like it loud too. but other than that...i love it!
