The water softener has made a huge difference with our dishwasher. Until we had it, any dishes that had any trace of starch on them (even though well rinsed) came out with large white stains. I could only get these off with intense scrubbing. Now, it doesn't happen at all!
Also, the delivery people are so helpful and friendly, and they don't leave more salt if it isn't necessary -- and with my very efficient softener, we can go many, many months without needing more salt.

I have been a Culligan customer for decades. I love that benefits I've gotten from the technologies that they offer in Water technologies! Whether it's a water softener or a cutting edge R.O System. You can rely on them to have what you need. Also, They are big enough to be there when you need help.
I've been drinking water from a Culligan R/O System for 2-3 decades. I believe that it may be a contributing reason that I am still in reasonably good health at over 70 years old. Remember, when it comes to the water you drink from the tap, it's based on a concept called "acceptable Levels". in other words...not pure but, deemed "acceptable".
Bottom line is, it's like a long term investment. the real, super great benefits don't show up until decades later. It's not magic...every poison you can remove from your water over a long period of time extends you chances of living a better life.
So, That's what I like about the products and services you offer.

I recently moved from my own home, in which I had a state of the art Culligan R/O system installed, to an apartment... which I have not done since my 20's... in which I can't easily install (within reason anyway) an R/O system. I miss the unlimited amount of water available. I once used it for everything.
So, we decided to go with a water cooler and, bottles or R.O purified water. The next best thing. You just have to be a bit more organized and plan for your monthly deliveries.
Friendly delivery person. Knows his route. I open garage door and knows to bring in two bags which we are unable to lift.
I have hard water and with there system my water is great. I do have another system under my kitchen sink that takes the salt out of the water in case you have high blood pressure. The staff on the phone are always helpful and talks to me so I can understand the answer to my questions. The workers that come to my for servicing my product are the best.
The men who delivery are acceptionally pleasant to customers as well as any office staff ive needed help from.
