Clean, clean, clean! And the teachers are so friendly!

The staff is very knowledgeable. They were able to guide the session with confidence and tips to maximize the experience.

It's a clean space, friendly environment, easy to follow. I like that there's a full week opportunity to "try it out." Not many businesses do that unless there's a catch. I'm more inclined to sign up just because of that! The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with basic necessities, which I like since my brain doesn't always remember that pesky shower gel ;)

Variety of instructors, so every class is different. The flow is the same, but the directions, feel of the class, and energy of the class is always different. Keeps it feeling fresh.

Availability and instructors are wonderful. I would love to see a couple more mid afternoon classes. CP2 and HPF are the only options, would be nice to have a 3:00 or 4:30 Sculpt option as well.

I am new to yoga (I think I've only been to one or two other sessions ever in my life), and your staff has made it a very welcoming experience. The instructors do a great job of keeping it at whatever experience level is appropriate while still pushing our limits and helping us grow. I particularly liked the Hot Power Fusion class with Samson - I don't know if I've ever sweat so much in my life!! Coming here has been a great stress reliever and I feel like I have found a place where I can return to peace and contentment. Thanks for helping me create that experience.
