The Corepower 1 yoga class was very enjoyable. The atmosphere was great for a beginner. It was not crowded and the moves were challenging enough but not discouraging.

Towels and lockers should NOT be an additional charge. Most if not all I attend provide as expense of doing business and is not charged back to the client.
I love the way I feel after leaving C1! The teachers are patient and I like how they throw in little challenges for us beginners. It's a great place to really strengthen your core and to really build endurance.

I like that parking is easy and you dont have to pay. The studio is clean and I feel like I get a good workout. I also like that there is a nice locker room to change in.
