I took the Yoga Sculpt class with Jan and loved it! I have taken the class before but Jan brings AMAZING energy and keeps you motivated to do your best and challenge yourself. I felt like I was building strength while also sweating out some unwanted water weight!

I like when the yoga instructor stretches me out at the of class and sprays essential oils in the air...very relaxing
