Place is very very clean, it was friendly for first timers to join the class. They provided me with free mat and towel since I wasn't sure what I needed to bring. So I could just jump right into the class. It was great first experience.

THe teachers are friendly and welcoming, the workout it really great! I love that you can just show up for a class.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the studio is very clean and fresh. I felt like I fit right in all of the classes even though I am not an advanced yoga student. The offering of classes is great too as well as flexible class times. I have had the best experience!

Great location, class times, studio and hard classes

Even though it wasn't supposed to be a heated class, CP1 took place after a heated class, and the extra heat really helped loosen tight muscles. The pace was sometimes a little quick, but I found the extra attention to form very helpful!

Best Yoga classes in Atlanta. Awesome workout while also getting a great stretch. The sculpt class is incredible!

I love how clean the studio is! You definitely have enough classes a day for me to never have an excuse to skip yoga. I'm enjoying trying out the different classes and teachers, and I am looking forward to keeping with it!
