Very thorough, and consistent.

Usually, after a cleaning the housr is immaculate and fresh. The ladies are typically very through.

Consistency. Difficult to quantify, I know. Also, be certain to train to put items/rugs/furniture back as they were.

Sometimes there are just little things that could be looked at--maybe just as they are leaving i.e. hall lights being left one--things that were moved for leaving were not put back to their original position i.e. soap containers in bathroom and kitchen.

I don't think it's a good idea to put the card that's left on top of the burners on the stove. Counter would be better-- what if by some change a burner was left on even low !!!!! that has happened many times at my house-- I should have mentioned a long time ago

What I generally tell friends is that the pluses are regular, fairly consistent cleaning. The minuses are that (due mostly to changing staff) sometimes a room or area is overlooked and sometimes there seems to be more emphasis on kleenex folding and pillow arrangements than the brown gook at the bottom of the commode. It's not as clean as you would get it yourself.

I have found individual services provide the "clean as I would get it myself" service but they tend to be transitory (9 months here, a couple years there) and I prefer to have reliable year over year "surface" cleaning.

The work done is relatively consistent. I've had to change the schedule a couple of times and the office makes it work for me.

Responsive, thorough, good value. As if the team members are cleaning their own home.

EVERYTHING REALLY. THE GIRLS COME IN AND DO THE WORK AND DO A VERY GOOD JOB AT IT TOO. IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME AND YOU CAN TELL THEY ARE ALL WELL TRAINED. I TRUST THEM TOTALLY. ACTUALLY, I TRUST YOUR COMPANY AND I KNOW YOU WOULD NOT HAVE ANYONE WORK FOR YOU THAT YOU WOULD NOT USE IN YOUR OWN HOME.

We have had this service for several years. We are usually satisfied wih all the work done. We miss not being called the day before the unit comes but we know we can call Maid Brigade and asked. The employees that work for Maid Brigade are friendly and want to please. We appreciate all of that.

I think the price is actually moderate, but when I told my mother and hairdresser they both thouht it was too expensive for them

The maids are always on time and they do a wonderful job. I have been a customer Of the Maid Brigade for over a year and am always happy with the work that has been done. It's as if we have little elf’s come to my home and clean it. I never have to worry about my home being dirty The Maid Brigade doses all the work and worry for me.

Maid Brigade is trustworthy, reliable, and provides exceptional service. I feel so lucky to be able to have monthly cleaning service.

I like the litlle touches to be done more often, like making fans in my kleenix boxes, neatly folding hand towels, etc...
The one negative i have is when different teams clean my house they miss things the regulars do, like cleaning my microwave.
I can tell when a team takes pride in their cleaning and some of the teams do and some just hurry through to get to the next house. I have had some great teams and I have had some sos so over the last three years of service. Overall I like Maid Brigade and think you guys do a good job. This is why i still use your service it cost a litlle more than orhters but I think it is worth it. The office help also does a great job. The cleaning teams have always been reliable :)

Pay more attention to monthly mail-in comment cards. Areas of concern not always addressed. Also, security is paramount - make sure home is secure before you leave.

Having a well organized cleaning service saves me from annoyance that I can no longer clean the way I have done in the past.
The women, who have been keeping my home (apartment) so clean, always do a great job. It's a joy to come home from my part-time work to such "sparkling" residence.

I can always count on the cleaners to show up and do an excellent job. If I have questions or need to reschedule I am always answered promptly and courteously.

I like the products you use. I like that someone comes to my home and makes it look nice twice a month and I like the office staff.

It would be helpful to have the same workers, or at least one of the workers, return each week.

My main cleaner Rosa is great.I would not change anything about her. It is the always changing staff that she has to train, I have issues with. She always has a different new crew with her that it seems that she is having to train. I have seen this take longer and I have seen her have to go over the work they do.
