Great teachers, friendly staff, consistently good cuing and sequencing. The studio is always clean, the heated rooms are always functional, and their studio has a lot of offerings to fit any schedule.

I love the classes!! The teacher (Tatiana) takes time to introduce new poses but give you options to go at your own pace. She is a lot of fun. The class atmosphere is welcoming. The studio is clean. The staffs are friendly. It’s a happy place!!

Challenging poses, encouraging instructor, great music, a wide variety of difficulty—expensive, but ultimately worth it!
Kim Conklin continues to be an amazing instructor with motivating playlists! She also does a lot to foster a sense of community. Everyone stops to chat with her and she knows everyone by name.
Yoga Sculpt is a great workout and all the instructors are super nice!
