Friendly staff.
Good class, good teacher, well organized and good flow. More non- hatha/heat classes would be appreciated as well. Power sculpt classes next door with the regularly dropped weights detract from the zen of the other classes. Don't know that there is anything for that, but mentioning in case there is a fix.
