I had very fulfilling classes with teachers Teresa Cardenas, Becca Ay and Charlie Pham. They are amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish I could do the membership every month but it is expensive for my budget. I will come back. Thank you!!!

It’s not your home or your work, but the third space you choose to spend your time and energy that bears familiarity, joy and a sense of flow in your life. For me Core Power in Fairfax Corner is my third space. I am grateful to have found the anchor to vitality, focus, and peace this place provides through practice, breath and strength. I go up to 4 times but as few as 2 times a week. I bring all my loved ones with me any chance I get.
