The instructors are awesome!!!
However, the customer service could be better. Calling and connecting with someone is nearly impossible and nobody has responded to a message I sent via the app. I did a 3 day trial and then registered for full membership. The website was a mess and kept spiraling. My computer was fine. All other websites worked. The app does not allow me to register more than a week out because it says I need a membership. When I go to the studio there have been a couple times that they asked me if I was ready to sign up. The transaction cleared more than a week ago. Also, I signed up for a Core Power 1 and the email reminder I received says it is for a sculpting class. Instructors great, but wow, someone needs to get the technology running correctly.

Very good mix of exercises. It was worth to spend for 1 hour. Love to go there again. Classrooms and weights are sanitized properly.

Class sizes (6-10 people), workout experience, and friendliness of the community/instructors!
I love having to pre-register for classes and having more limited capacity so we're not stuffed in a room like sardines. This location is incredibly clean, well run, and staff are extremely friendly. I love every instructor I've encountered.

I love the teachers! They are all so willing to help students grow in the area of their choice and help them push themselves. Ginny and Sarah have always challenged me in working harder by doing another rep and cheering me on when I do my best!
I love the heat I’m not sure I want to do yoga without it now! But mostly the yogis at Fairfax Corner are amazing.
Returning to my studio after getting vaccinated is such a pivotal moment in my journey. Studio manager Tatiana Suh is a truly gifted teacher and gentle spirit that made our return seamless. I am so thankful for her leadership and tremendous teaching staff I’ve practiced with since returning. Old teaching friends, Tatiana, Lindsey and Joe, and new friends Ava, and Becca have all made this the best place ever!

I like the Covid precautions with the smaller class sizes, I know they’ve been expanded. But it’s something to keep in mind if case numbers increase this fall.
