Love Core Power yoga ! There is a variety of options for classes. People are friendly including the teachers. When you attend yoga classes at Core Power you can see that people are enjoying and having a great time.

I really like Becca’s classes. They are challenging but not too difficult yet enough to keep me engaged. I appreciate the instructor doing the moves with us and guiding through voice and she has a perfect balance of both! She is a great teacher!!

Love the classes and the instructors here. Shout out to Lindsey and Vinita, especially, who always make themselves available to the students to answer questions and share information. The supportive community of practitioners, welcoming atmosphere of the studio, and knowledgeable instructors are why I continue to choose to be a member of the Fairfax Corner CPY community!

The class of yoga sculpt made me really work out; however, I would tell people that they should count for heat in a room and watch out for getting too hot during exercise.

Teacher experience

All of the different types of classes were well structured and a good workout.

She had awesome energy, tried to get to know everyone’s name. But The class was a little disorganized. Doing different moves on the right and left, forgetting poses in the flow. Would work on that. But personality wise was great!

The yin yoga experience serves as a good balance to more rigorous exercise. Weeam sets a relaxing time for the end of the day.
