This is the second time that I have used Daryl’s services. He came highly recommended by my real estate agents and my son as well. I too will highly recommend him. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and gives a very detailed report, including suggestions as to how to take care of any deficiencies that he finds. He is willing to have you contact him for any further explanations that you may need. A very pleasant gentleman. I would use him again, however I won’t have a foreseeable need.
