Darryl was very thorough and explained each deficiency to me and gave me a timeline of what he thought should be fixed immediately or eventually. I had Darryl as a single woman to be extra thorough with the roof and the bigger ticket items that I wouldn’t understand or be able to see and he really did go beyond what I expected. I would certainly recommend Darryl to anyone looking for a home inspector.
