Darryl is very professional and extremely thorough in his inspection. We were pleased he offered to have us do a walk through with him after he completed the inspection. He made suggestions on what should be done and prioritized what needed to be done as immediate or could be done later. Another nice feature was the number of photos attached to the report to illustrate the issues.

We would not hesitate to use or recommend him in the future.

Daryl is much more thorough than any other inspector I have used over the years, and takes the time to walk you through and explain in detail any issues (or potential issues) discovered during the inspection, and answer any questions you have. After submitting his written report, he follows up to see if you have any questions or concerns about the report. His service is always first-rate.
