I needed a home inspection done quickly and Daryl responded to that need - in fact he rescheduled to an earlier date to ensure the written report was done in good time. His inspection of the house was thorough and he did a complete walk through with me. He explained the whole house to me and not just any deficits he found. His written report was comprehensive and he responded by phone in a timely manner to my follow-up question.

Daryl did a very thorough inspection of the house I am purchasing and because of his experience, was able to guide us through the issues and maintenance that will be required on this unique home. He is a pleasant, out going fellow with good communication and spoke in layman's terms (which I appreciate). His emailed final report was lengthy and detailed, lots of pictures with explanations. I would use Daryl again for sure!

Daryl was so very accommodating and friendly! He was able to fit our tight schedule and come out to inspect the house when we were free. My sister and I inherited the house from our parents and are very attached to it so we asked Daryl to be gentle with his inspection and report and he not only obliged us, but made the whole process much, much less stressful than I thought it was going to be. He is honest and very helpful when he walks through the inspection with you. I would definitely recommend Daryl to friends and family that need home inspections in the Cariboo area.
