She was communicative throughout the process. The only negative I encountered was that the buyer didn't seem to be fully informed of all fees associated with his mortgage when the final CD came out. He wasn't aware that he was being charged points to reach the rate he was at. That should have been made abundantly clear early on and not a discussion point less than 24 hours from closing.
