Randy was great to work with. He was clear on what was needed from me and made it easy to submit through the portal. Randy also helped me with making the right decisions based on my financial situation and what we were looking for in a house and loan. Outside of being a great mortgage provider Randy was personable and enjoyable to deal with which makes a stressful process much easier and comfortable to go through.
I have worked with several different lenders through the years but none have been as hands on as Chelcie. She works very closely with the buyers to assure they understand the mortgage process and keeps me/us informed along the way. She is also always available to 'tweak' a preapproval letter in a pinch if/when needed (which is usually on the weekend). I have referred a few clients to Chelcie and they all have nothing but praise for her.
