I have worked with several different lenders through the years but none have been as hands on as Chelcie. She works very closely with the buyers to assure they understand the mortgage process and keeps me/us informed along the way. She is also always available to 'tweak' a preapproval letter in a pinch if/when needed (which is usually on the weekend). I have referred a few clients to Chelcie and they all have nothing but praise for her.
It is always a pleasure to work with her.
