One draw back was including the seller's agent in the updates, I believe the lender works for the client, not both, and I'd like to update the other agent, just my preference, this keeps the agents in touch during the process. But, in this case, it worked out ok. Some lenders prefer to update both seller/buyer agents.
But, I can see why the lender would like to update the seller's agent as well. Allowing them the courtesy to be included in the process.
