As a first time home buyer
Lynnette was very attentive to all of my questions. Calls were made a answered 75% of the time, the other 25% calls were returned within the day. Any reports that I was unable to put my hands on in the portal were sent to me by COB (I have to take blame for not knowing if I was using the correct pathway).
Lynnette was also very understanding with my situation - I thought the original information I was giving was accurate, and learned that it was changed after the initial submission. This was specifically associated to my child support payments associated and how MI FOC displayed their information.
I wanted to be as open and obvious with my finances as possible, and by doing so Lynnette was able to make this happen, and explain how and where changes were made.
Great communication with frequent loan status updates. Lender contacts Seller's agent regarding my clients too, which is helpful.

Very professional, clear and easy
I’m not sure about “your” services from lack of experience with the company, but Ronya was an absolute gem to work with. Knowledgeable and savvy I felt heard in every conversation we had. Every step she clearly explained and didn’t even care that I asked the same questions constantly, they were answered every time. I will be recommending her to anyone I hear even thinking of buying a home. She made the entire process more than easy and was always available to reassure me on the process. As a chef I work weird hours but you better believe she picked up every call whenever I made it. I had people telling me how hard all of this would be, but that never came working with her and her assistant Vanessa. I truly feel blessed for the experience and home they helped get me in to.
