Joe is my go to loan person because, as he once again demonstrated with this very difficult client, that he is the consumate professional. He is easy to get hold of, communicative and thorough. He always bends over backwards to make sure that the loan from John Adams is never the cause of delays in our closings. In fact, on this transaction, he went out of his way to speed up the close so this client, who had dragged her feet herself causing delays, would not lose her rate lock. He gave her frequent updates and made sure she knew where we were in the process each step of the way. He couldn't have done more to make this transaction go any smoother from a financing perspective.
