Having a non-standard scenario to deal with for us, Joe was thorough in going over what we would need and what he could do, He started to help us right from the first phone call to the final signing and closing of our mortgage. I appreciate all the help from his team as well as the emails with information you may not always think about (What happens to your property taxes after the sale closes, without the heads up I received in the email, it would have come as a complete shock to me down the road, but now we are prepared). Very personalized approach that required very minimal additional work on our part. Troy and his team were direct, efficient, and very communicable the entire process. This was my third mortgage in 10 years, and by far the easiest. And they were able to match the rate I had form my online lender which was even better!
