Yoga Sculpt is my favorite!
The mental challenge of yoga.
Very great class, the instructor was fully of energy and very good at explaining the exercises as well as modifications that could be done based on strength. I had a great time and a great workout!
Parking is easy, the instructors are awesome, the Men’s locker room is clean enough. Just a great experience.
The instructors are always great, specifically Eszylfie and Kaitlin. They keep you engaged throughout class and the flows are easy to follow even for a beginner.
Teachers are good and friendly.
Men’s locker room is clean however there has been a fixture drip in the ADA shower stall which is getting progressively worse. Been going on for a couple of months
Also the shower curtains in that stall should probably be replaced before mold starts forming.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Some merchandise was on sale, which was nice. However the locker room could have been more attended to.
Samantha was the best instructor and provided such a great experience!

The intensity and how informative and clear the instructions were given by the teacher there. Dripped so hard that I had to go shower after, it was perfect !

I hadn’t been to a yoga class in over 25years! ….needless to say I was a little intimidated going in! Ha! But, Eszylfie instructed an amazing class! What a gem. I was borderline thinking of joining, but certainly will now! Namaste🙏🏼🫶🏼

great classes! Thank you. Just the shower is not cleaned well as usual. The cleaner probably does not care water stain at all.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming, Class itself was fun, interesting and challenging!
It was very packed in class and a bit hard to hear but overall I would absolutely return to the Pasadena location and take class again
