I am loving core power yoga! Beautiful space, friendly staff, lots of classes! Since the opening on August 7th I've taken seven classes. Love Mark! The one thing I notice is there isn't a lot of variation from one c2 class to the next. I would appreciate it if the instructors mix it up, like add in more back bends (bridge, wheel, camel) and instead of always doing half pigeon at the end, do another hip opener/stretch like frog on wall. It just seems like the classes are the same no matter who is teaching. Mix it up! There are so many more poses we could be doing to broaden our practice!

I love the heated yoga and the challenges jt brings. Love the amenities in the shower and how its always clean. It saves my car from my sweat.
