Love the community and the strong teachers however would love if they would have the resources to professionally deep clean the studio at least once a month. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned as well.

Michael Fireborn’s session of breath & soundbath was super powerful. It was my first & I would recommend it to anyone who forgets to breathe from time to time !
I love CorePower, however, Kailee F. leaves something to be desired. I feel that her class is always disjointed. I feel like she’s always unprepared. She doesn’t have the ease and grace that most of the other instructors have. Examples include losing her place in the sequence, music and timing of movements not matching and her commenting on it. I’m all for new people learning but a little bit of preparation goes a long way, even when you’re new.
The teachers and sequencing are good. The studio is nice. The parking is easy (especially in the mornings!).

I would like to say that I really enjoyed Pasadena location and instructors.
However, the changing rooms and showers are not clean.
many people use it and it’s a hot yoga studio, it requires more cleaning and better hygiene
There is a mold under carpet in man’s room
