Love the strength classes, Neill and Anna are awesome. Good variation of classes at the studio and love that there are classes throughout the day. Left my last studio as too few classes on offer that fit my schedule.

I’ve been attending Linda’s class recently and I love her flows. They’re very creative and the sequence is fantastic for setting up for the peak posture. Mele is the best. Great mix of spiritual, fun and power practice. PLEASE PUT A SIGN IN THE LOCKER ROOM STATING - IF YOU ARE NOT USING A LOCK, PLEASE USE THE OPEN LOCKERS, AND NOT THE ONES WITH LOCKABLE DOORS.

I love the teaching styles of 3 specific instructors in Pasadena: Erica C, Kailee F, and Mark Tiger. They are very knowledgeable and teach with obvious love for yoga. My yogi confidence grows with each class I take with them.
