We love our cleaning crews at all of our Housing locations. Each of them do an outstanding job. Mr. Travis McKnight does an outstanding job in ensuring that his teams are on top of all of our needs.

We are from Pacific Medical Group - Beaverton, is it possible for the staff to not use a feather duster? As we see feathers everywhere and some of the patients/staff are immunocompromised. Thank you very much!
Staff is very professional and do an excellent job.

We have been with Jan Pro for many years and we are very happy with the service we receive. Our custodian, Debiie Hollingshed is the BEST! She does an excellent job for us. Our Auditor, Nikki Covington is a true joy on her visits to check on us. We are very pleased with Jan Pro. Thanks, Lyn Gill

Corey, who is here weekly is great and also communicates well. He regularly reaches out to me with any questions, concerns or even if we are running low on supplies.
They are very good at what they do and very reliable. Excellent work.
Ana does an excellent job. However, I am not sure if she has had someone else come the last 2 weeks as they are not locking up behind themselves and are leaving our door unlocked. I am going to reach out directly today as was told last week by my staff and experienced it myself this morning. It also did not feel at the same level of cleanliness as it does when Ana is comes. The team was in and out in less then 30mins.
Always clean and even comes by to say hello to make sure in person.
