We get what we pay for with no hassles.
I know you asked about what I like, so 'I like the communication that I have with my cleaner'. I don't like that I haven't seen an 'inspection'. I guess that shows faith in your workers, but I guess I had different expectations from management.

The cleaning team from Jan-Pro comes in twice a week and does a great job.
On time, and the cleaning service stays in touch.
We just had our carpets cleaned and they did an amazing job! They left the office in great shape and made great effort to make our space feel and look so much cleaner. We really appreciate coming into a clean office every Monday morning.
Cleaning crew is great. They go above and beyond. They communicate directly with me. I appreciate the follow up from the company to make sure services are adequate and if there is anything that they can help us with.
