We are excited with our choice of Jan-Pro for our cleaning services at our church. The staff came by this week and walked through our facilities and made notes of what is expected to be cleaned. They were professional and took an interest in what we needed to have done. Since we are just starting their service, I know their products will be good.

Weekly service is great!

Jan-Pro has been our cleaning service for about 8 years and we are very pleased with them. When we moved, we were in a crunch to get the move-out clean done in a pinch, and they did not disappoint.
We work with Karina in managing our account and she has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us, responding to emails at night (even though I did not expect her to respond until the morning). Our cleaner is Belante, and he is a pleasure to work with, accommodating our ever-growing needs. I trust this company to be in my office when nobody else is here. We plan to continue working with them as long as they'll have us!

Consistency

I like that our technician is always in contact with me if he has any issues or questions. He does great work and is very professional.

For the most part, we really like the products and services. There have been one or two issues. There is sometimes dirt left in the bathroom sinks that wasn't there when staff left the building. Also, there has been a time when I specifically let them know that my recycle bin was removed/stolen by a co-worker for something and I had a collection of empty plastic bottles behind my desk. I asked them to take those bottles out with the rest of the recycling and it didn't happen. Aside from that, they are doing an amazing job and we really appreciate it!

It has been a pleasure working with Jan-Pro services and Emiliano Cano. He has been highly professional, demonstrated excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and performed job duties as expected. I would highly recommend his work to community partners. I also appreciate that he is bilingual and understands cultural values.
