We have had a couple of cleaning crews part of JAN-PRO not to committed with the responsibilities of their cleaning assignments. Here in Sand Lake we have a new Crew for the past 5-6 months and they are detailed driven, very responsible overall they do an amazing job with the maintenance in the office. Yahaira Fraticelli and Ivan Ojeda very liable cleaning crew.

Mostly very good...we had some issues with originally assigned owner and rep (who is no longer with Jan Pro) was not very proactive in fixing or changing the situation. We got a new rep and new franchisee for cleaning a few months ago and things are great now. thanks!
