We have been with JanPro for only a short time but I can say that the communication is very easy. JanPro made the process of opening an account very simple and I appreciated that before starting service, Kerry the field service consultant came by with Michael that would be cleaning my office. We were able to meet, talk about expectations and places to keep an eye on, along with exchange phone numbers. I have been in contact with Michael one or two times now since starting for various reasons concerning our schedule and communication has always been very prompt. Our office has never been cleaner and everyone has done a great job!
We are getting 100% better service than we have had with the last 5 cleaning companies! I don't have to remind them to take care of certain items and I've never had to have them come back out to correct anything. Would highly recommend!
