The group that cleans our office is very consistent and do a great job every time. They are very professional and if I leave notes for things that need attention, they always take care of it. Will definitely recommend the group to others.

Everyone is polite and helpful and the cleaning crew does a great job.
We are happy with the service. There are a few things that he is not doing every time he comes in. Every office needs to be swept and mopped and trash taken out.
Just started with JanPro and already have thanked our person ( franchise owner and also person cleaning for us) twice within the first week. I already see a difference. She truly listened during the walk through and attended to a cleaning area missed by other company I commented about. She also arrived one night before I left and excitedly asked how to tackle our commercial toilet paper dispensers so she could properly refill them ( attached all in one spring type with finicky sides - some on right and some on left and even one with a floppy loose attachment that doesn’t stay in place to properly attach and utilize the spring to hold the toilet paper roll properly!!)
We’ve waited a full year from our quote to onboard JanPro due to contract logistics with previous cleaning company. JanPro was certainly patient and kind in waiting to service us!!
