Kind, efficient and detailed.
Everything we have suggested that were pain points have been covered. My team has not mentioned anything, so this means they love the cleaning.
Products don't have any type of harsh smell and services by your crew is GREAT!
Our Jan Pro provider is highly effective and never cuts any corners. We are very pleased with her performance!

Super friendly, fast and excellent work
The cleaners do an amazing job and require no instructions they pay attention to every detail and even clean areas I wouldn’t think of. Our office uses fragrance-free products, and they’ve been very accommodating with that, though I’m sure they can adjust if fragrance is preferred.
They’re also great at communicating any needs or issues they notice in the office, which is truly above and beyond. We really appreciate the quality of cleaning and care they provide.

Just started with JanPro and already have thanked our person ( franchise owner and also person cleaning for us) twice within the first week. I already see a difference. She truly listened during the walk through and attended to a cleaning area missed by other company I commented about. She also arrived one night before I left and excitedly asked how to tackle our commercial toilet paper dispensers so she could properly refill them ( attached all in one spring type with finicky sides - some on right and some on left and even one with a floppy loose attachment that doesn’t stay in place to properly attach and utilize the spring to hold the toilet paper roll properly!!)
We’ve waited a full year from our quote to onboard JanPro due to contract logistics with previous cleaning company. JanPro was certainly patient and kind in waiting to service us!!
