Love our crew - The place smells great/neutral (which we work with teens), so that is amazing. They swept under our couches, which is the big thing we need done. We continue to be impressed by Jan-Pros associates. We love how they do not use scented products due to the fact that we serve a wide demographic of people.

My biggest piece of feedback is about our cleaner, Tatianna. She is absolutely incredible. She is warm, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to clean everything for us. She is an amazing individual. She feels like a part of our team! I really enjoy the chance to connect with her when I work on night shifts. Every person on our team trusts and values her contributions. As a veterinary ER, without her, we would be unable to help people and their pets when they need us most.
