Anel does an amazing job cleaning our common areas every week! He is courteous of staff, residents, and visotors to the office. He cleans thoroughly. We have had others clean our make ready units and none have been as thorough as Anel. Tom has been amazing to work with with concerns, scheduling and contract issues. He answers quickly and professionally.

the service crew is always ontime and leave the office very clean

The cleaning crew is very cooperative with changing their time to clean due to various outside groups who use the space at different times during the week. Our main person is very cordial and understanding in adjusting what spaces she can get into and when. I am proud of the condition of our large facility thanks mainly to this crew's work ethic and attention to detail.
Our cleaners do a great job. You can tell they do not rush as everything looks well done when I walk in the next morning. I like that the account rep will periodically check in to see if everything is okay AND she will respnd to an email quickly.
