Henry Smith was very helpful store manager that was extremely knowledable in fittings and hoses. I was able to walk in not knowing what fittings i needed and he was able to identeify them in 30 secs. When it came to ordering the fittings he was honest and professional with timelines and items that would be needed. I plan to seek out Henry Smith whenever i need another hydraulic hose made.

Everyone involved including rebuilder were friendly and helpful Jonathan stayed on top of time sensitive rebuilds that I needed updates for installs could not be happier knowing they are doing there best to satisfy customers

The team here is AWESOME!! They are extremely customer oriented. Victor went above and beyond to find the parts I needed to get a machine up and running. He took my information and said he would research the parts I needed and call me back once he located them. He did what he said he would. That is rare in today's world. I really appreciate your help. I will definitely use you guys again and recommend you to anyone that I know who would benefit from your service.
