Hydradyne, always helps us out but when we are in a bind or need something in a rush they 95 % of the time can get what we need in a couple days.

Our representative Blake Buchanan is the biggest reason why we still do business with Hydradyne. Blake is there when he is needed, and we can call him anytime within reason and he will respond and get to work on our problem and 9 times out of 10 he can help us solve our problem. To me he feels like one of the Nucor family members because of how much he cares about what he does and how he conducts business. The Columbia repair shop employees are very helpful and go over and above to get us what we need repaired on time. I myself have been doing business with this company when it was Gaines W Harrison. The downside is pricing and lead time on getting cylinders and pumps, sometimes we will have to purchase other places in order to get one of our machines up and running. Thanks for the help.
