I cannot remember the name of the guy at the counter in the Norcross location, but I will tell you that he goes above and beyond to find solutions to help you. He even helped me find what I was looking for from another vendor. Most of the time, people will not go beyond that, and I think that is very commendable. He is great example of what an outstanding employee should be, one that goes above and beyond to take care of the customer.

Working with Veronica to order spare parts is always as easy as sending an email and it is always a pleasure to work with her. Steve Thomas is great to work with when setting us services and lets us know availability as soon as he can. Both Scott's in the service department do great work when scheduled for service calls.

Very knowledgeable on all the pumps, motors, valves and cylinders we use. Availability has become an issue from time to time, however If available is not what we can live with these guy's jump through hoops to find a solution. Very good team !!!

We found ourselves in a pinch for a hydraulic motor seal kit, our vendor estimated an ETA of next year. I spoke with Meagan in Charlotte and she was able to get me the seal kit in just a few days and we were able to save our customer a little money as well. Thank you Meagan and Hydradyne for all of your help. We will be calling on you in the future.

Jonathan and the Hydradyne team are always helpful with lead times and price quotes. Hydradyne deliveries are on time and if we need an order expedited, they do what they can to meet our needs.
