This has been my first experience with any sort of yoga. I participated in the later hot yoga classes and enjoyed everything from the patience of the instructors to the physical excursion. The facilities were top notch and the employees were very enjoyable.
It was peaceful yet modern. It was challenging but not intimidating. The class mastered the art of balance so that anyone would enjoy the experience.
I love the music, the hot temps & vibe of Core Power. Would love to see you offer a restorative class as well- especally on Sundays!
