I really like that you offer a beginners yoga class. I've enjoyed yoga in the past but I am very novice so the pace has always made me not enjoy it as much. I really liked getting to go through all the movements at a slower pace. The facilities are very nice and it's a great location as well.

The teachers and staff are welcoming and friendly. Every class is a little bit different and challenges me to improve and deepen my practice all while pushing me physically. The facilities are beautiful and I look forward to going to Corepower every time I have class!
Challenging beginning class that is easy to follow
The instructor was awesome and it was a nice and clean facility. I wish in the yoga rooms, you had some antiseptic spray or wipes to wipe down your mats after yoga everyone is sweating in there so much!
Frequent times on weekdays and weeknights. Lots of options even on the weekend.

One of the things that attracted me to become a member at CPY was the availability of classes. My schedule can be unpredictable so it tough to commit to studios with few classers offered. Once I started my trial, I fell in love with the pace of the classes, the cleanliness of the studio, and the warm attitudes of the teachers.
I love that you use weights with your yoga...I feel I get more out of my time by combining the two!
