1. Studio Entry & Greeting - Upon entry to the studio, the first impression nails all essential elements to entice a yogi to return: Cleanliness is next to godliness and the studio embodies this philosophy throughout the facility.
There is a natural bridge of positive energy that flows freely via balanced usage of the elements such as colors, ambient lighting, crystals, glass and textures that merge to create emotional and visual appeal to senses.
2. Classroom Etiquette - A yoga studio should be a haven for every yogi that enters through the door. The CorePower Yoga staff are real people who represent a real population of Americans. Each instructor has a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Laid back verbiage in a yoga environment is imperative as it passes that perspective along to each student who then returns to the community and shares that energy. A perfect representation of physics in motion.
As a beginner I felt like I got a lot out of the C1 class, I'll definitely be back.

I liked the friendliness of the staff (Alicia), the quality of the spaces: the entrance, the yoga rooms, the changing facilities were all very nice. The class was structured, easy to follow, and made me feel very comfortable with not being a yoga expert. I'd love to go back.
I loved the facility and the workout! I've never done yoga before but the cardio and weights got my interest.

The entire studio was very nice and my instructor Sophia was very knowledgable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable as being not only new to Corepower but also new to yoga itself.

My instructor was really detailed when she described the poses. I've been going to yoga classes at various studios for about two years, but I would still very much consider myself to be a beginner. There were poses I've been doing that whole time, and didn't quite understand how to do them correctly until the instructor went through them in this class. I will definitely be signing up for as many beginner's classes as I can fit into my schedule, even as I move on to more difficult/hot/weights classes. It's a good foundation to have!
