Great C1 class providing great instruction on the foundations of Vinyasa through repeatative Sun Salutations and instruction/demo thereof. C1 can be for beginners or for those with Vinyasa experience who are looking to improve on the core foundations of their practice or for a lesser intensive class than others offered at Core Power. Beautiful space and concept. Glad you made your way to Georgia!

and I Iearn best by paying attention to the instructor.They understood that you need to come regularly to classes to build your strenght.

Instructor was excellent. I had a fantastic sculpt class with her calm yet motivating style. It was a great routine as it was varied and intense enough. She guided us to making sure we had proper form. Studio was beautiful as was locker room. It was an overall great experience.

I like that is a new facility, nice and quality finishes, clean, spacious, friendly staff, the class I took was awesome, sort of power yoga with weights and heat. Also plenty parking space.

I LOVED the studio. It has such a good energy and flow to the design, and I really like that it's designed to be "shoe free." I took Samson's C2 class and he had such great music playing, and the pace of his flow was really great-fast enough to provide some challenge, but not so fast that you end up sacrificing breath. I honestly can't wait to take another class and expand upon my practice at your studio.
