I have been disappointed with Sport Clips service the last three times I have gone. Lack of attention to detail on the workers part leaves stray hairs around the ears and temple and my biggest pet peeve is the amount of cut hair left on my head after getting my hair washed. I fully believe I shouldnt need a shower after getting my hair cut. So I decided to give your company one last chance before I find another establishment and I was very satisfied on this trip. I explained before we started my concerns about stray hairs and want I wanted my cut to look like and Salenia more than delivered. She restored my faith in the company and as long as she stays at that location I will be coming to see her again. Bravo on her.
Celenia was an absolute gem! I got the full VIP treatment, and it was amazing. Quiet little piece of paradise while getting a cut, it was perfect. I typically go to the Sports Clips in the VCC next to Chipotle, I love a couple of the hair dressers there, but when the wait tyme is too long, or even no longer ger taking clients for the day, which I've seen happen at like 2pm, they're so booked, that's great for Sports Clips, sucks for a guy who needs a quick shape up. Now, I have a solution to that, and have no problem jumping over to the Mechanicsville location, as I got VIP treatment, and felt amazing after my cut. I had an excellent haircut from the Mechanicsville, Virginia sport clips with Rasheeda. She was able to give me the exact haircut that I asked for and she really brightened my day with great conversation.
The time of day I normally stop has zero wait. I can generally walk straight in and see the stylist I want. I always go for a cut and wash. I do wish you offered waxing or threading. It would be nice to have facial hair and eye brows cleanly waxed with each trim.
