My grandson had decided to let his hair grow out over the summer. Before school starts he wanted to get a haircut. The stylist was kind, understanding and and patient. She made conversation with him. At the end, she asked me if it was alright, but also ask him if he liked it.

I like most Sports Clips I attend. I like the one on Iron Bridge in VA the best. I was tended to at Breckenridge and I did not like how my haircut was completed.

Pilsu was awesome! This wasn’t just a haircut—it was an educational experience. She took the time to explain my hair, why using shampoo with vitamins is important, and offered thoughtful solutions for my thinning hair.
As someone in sales, I really appreciated her approach. She wasn’t pushy; she was a true consultant who educated me and genuinely listened. Even though I decided not to purchase any additional products, I was happy to leave a tip that reflected the experience she provided. I especially appreciated that she even came outside to confirm the tip amount—not something you always get!
