I like that i can tell how long the wait is at various locations and then get on the waitlist online. I think the stylists have gotten better over time. I find that my haircuts are much more consistent and the folks actually know how to cut hair. This is an improvement from a few years ago when i was less satisfied, so good work turning this around. I also like the MVP, some days you just need a little extra indulgence. :)

I’ve only ever had amazing results at sports clips. Today, Angela gave me the kind of fade I’d expect to pay twice as much for at a specialty shop. She was detailed and friendly, and helped me up my product game. I chatted with her a little about my hair issues and she was helpful and nonjudgemental. She really stood out to me!! That whole store has knocked it out of the park every single time and I’ve been there almost once a month. Incredible work!

We normally go to the colonial heights location and they accept my sons military id and was told they won’t accept it at that location . My son was upset with his hair cut after realizing his front of his hair was cut straight across his forhead and says it’s ugly so he’s not happy with his haircut and wants it fixed but he has to wait for it to grow back out to get it fixed it’s normally scissored in the front in layers at the top .

I enjoy the interaction with the stylists and the shampoo/masssfe are relaxing. The app makes selecting a tune much easier than walking in and finding a long wait.
