I love how quick and efficient the service techs do their work. And I especially appreciate that no chemicals are used to clean our carpet. When they’re done, it smells clean without any other cleaning product or chemical smell.

My carpet dried pretty fast, and it looked great, but maybe one of my favorite things is when the technician is personable, very careful with my home, and clearly knows what he’s doing!
His name was Steven. It’s also pretty important that the carpet smells mice, and it’s very soft as he said it would be. Thank you for letting me pay by check. It’s just so easy! Did I mention it was also a great price?
