Everything great

We were going to have our stone flooring replaced, it and the grout were horrible! We decided to try Zerorez first but did not expect it to work. WOW we were amazed!!!! We saved thousands of dollars on a new floor. We also had an area rug cleaned beautifully. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

They do a good job and quickly. It doesn't take it too long to dry and everything smells good when they are done.

It was easy to get an appointment and the person who scheduled was very nice and polite. The technician alerted me when on his way and was very respectful of our home. He educated me on different carpet cleaning methods and options which was very helpful. Our carpets dried in records time and have never felt this clean since being installed several years ago. Highly recommend.

The servicer was very friendly and helpful. He offered to spray our carpet with a deodorizer to help with the pet odor. He did our carpet and tile and was very thorough. We will use Zerorez again.
