Sal called ahead and showed up near the beginning of the 12 PM - 3 PM scheduled arrival. He walked the house with me to verify the rooms to be cleaned. He thoroughly described the process and estimated it would take about 90 minutes. He then got to work and was very efficient with his time, though completely thorough in his work. It was a surprise when I got my confirmation and saw that 100 square feet of tile cleaning was included at no additional charge. That was sufficient to clean the tile floor around the kitchen island and the area that was used for the dining table. Sal said the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours. They were still a little damp at 4 hours and bone dry at 7 hours. This confirmed the claim on the Zerorez website that their process extracts more water than other carpet steam cleaners. I also appreciated the fact that no perfumes or scents were used. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process, Including calling to schedule the cleaning. Sal is a great asset to your company!

I was disappointed in my carpet cleaning service this time. While the young man was very nice and attentive, all the old stains came right back after it dried. The last time you all cleaned my carpet, the man used a rake at the end to really lift the carpet fibers so the protectant was worked in well. That didn't happen this time. I just vacuumed for the first time since the cleaning (4 days after), and it was just as hard to vacuum now as it was before the cleaning.
