We have an amazing experience! Our technician was on time and so friendly. Most importantly, our carpets looked brand new after they were cleaned. It was extremely reasonably priced and easy to schedule. We will definitely be using for regular cleanings!
Technician is very knowledgeable about the service and products. He took time to explain what our issues were and the steps he would take to clean deeply stained areas. It was impressive that he seemed very enthusiastic about Zerorez and the quality of the process and products. He was quick professional and did a great job.

I was very disappointed in your visit this week.
1. I had called and asked to change the time from 8am to the afternoon on Monday. The person on the phone confirmed the change but it did not actually happen.
2. There was an email coupon to get a discount using code "Friends 10". I tried to use this code and it was not applied to my bill. I even called the Austin office and was told the manager would get back to me but he/she has not done that.
The carpet is clean and looks good, I am disappointed in the office follow through.
