I love this place! Exercising is not my favourite thing to do, but I always come out of OTF Hawthorn with a smile on my face. Best coaches ever, great environment, great workout. I'm getting fitter and stronger and enjoying it.

Variety, results, equipment, trainers
Great workout for the whole body, lots of cardio, but all in do-able chunks.
Sessions are never boring and never too easy!
I have been a member of so many gyms over the years and have never felt that I had a total body work out. I feel that Jimmy and Jason are amazing and seem to know everyone’s likes and dislikes. Whenever I leave I feel tired but can never wait to come back.
Different type of workout every day, mix of cardio/weights, variety of exercises, awesome coaches!
I like the mixture of strength work with the treadmills.
The trainers/coaches are excellent and you absolutely 100% get results from consistent work outs.
In the past, I’ve tried other companies that offer similar(ish) workout offerings, but the environment at OT is more friendly, relaxed and workouts are safe, in the sense that each person can workout within their own level of fitness (or limitations) and many of my pre existing body niggles (eg sore back, shoulders) have disappeared .
Everything except the music
OTF’s workouts are never the same which. I love that classes push you a little bit further than the last class. You would never achieve class results by working out alone. The coaches are amazing and push you to be your best.
Every session is different and you don’t know what you are in for until you arrive - you are committed.
Orange Theory Gym Mosman is definitely the best gym I have been a member of due to the variations of workouts split pretty much evenly across the treadmill; rower/elliptical trainer and the weights section. The quality and enthusiasm of the trainers makes it very enjoyable and the immediate feedback post class of how many calories you have burned and key statistics such as number of kilometres run etc is very motivating. It is the gym for people who don’t usually like going to a gym !
