Quality full body workout
My body will never be the same again. The method works and the teachers always bring us to our edge and beyond. Such an incredible full body workout. Over the last two years of practicing lagree, I’ve strengthened muscles I didn’t even know existed. The slow pace really helps target those important deep inner muscles that arw crucial to the overall muscle conditioning.
The instructor, Antonia, was super supportive and thorough in explaining all the moves in my first class. It was really hard but really fun! I’m still sore 2 days later!

Amazing teachers!
I am relatively new to Lagree, but every class always surprises me in the best way! I come back because the classes never get easier (in the best way), the moves on the reformer continue to challenge me, and the instructors are wonderful. Jess, in particular, is a true ray of sunshine who knows her stuff—she takes time to educate the class, ensure we're doing the moves correctly for our bodies, and her taste in music is on point. Of course, I'll keep coming back for more!
